Rachelle Murray was called to the Bar in 2013. She attended law school at the University of Windsor and graduated in 2012 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Prior to attending law school, Rachelle graduated with distinction from York University, receiving a B.A. (HONS) degree in Criminology.

Rachelle has always had a passion for advocacy, and that is evident in her daily practice of passionately fighting with insurance companies for every last penny of her clients’ entitlements. Starting her career as an articling student at Grillo Law back in 2012, Rachelle explored her passion for advocacy by spending several days a week in court fighting contested motions, with some the decisions she argued being cited. Rachelle has now built a strong and very successful practice of her own and has been with the firm ever since.

Rachelle specializes and has a wealth of experience in several types of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, slip and falls, long term disability claims, assaults, etc. Rachelle has experience with both tort third party liability claims as well as accident benefits claims when it comes to MVAs. She has argued successful hearings before the LAT and has carriage of very serious catastrophic injury claims. She has done extensive training and seminars involving the new catastrophic designation rules and guidelines and is well versed with all of the criteria.

Rachelle is known for her excellent client management skills and takes pride in knowing that her efforts are really making a difference for others in need. She is also a master negotiator and will always do her best to ensure you do not under settle your claim and instead, maximize your entitlements.

Rachelle is a mother to two amazing boys and is fluent in Lebanese.
